Exports useInView, useOnInView, InView, observe, defaultFallbackInView, and the upstream-compatible public types.

For InView's render-prop form in .tsrx, use children={({ inView, ref }) => ...}. Nested TSRX children compile to an opaque render block and are reserved for the plain-child wrapper form.
