[BUG]: Missing "type" field on Issue schema

What happened?

The issue type field is in public preview (https://github.com/orgs/community/discussions/139933) and documented on all webhook events that return Issue objects: (https://docs.github.com/en/webhooks/webhook-events-and-payloads#issues), but for some reason the Issue type used in this library does not have the new field yet (https://github.com/octokit/webhooks/blob/main/payload-schemas/api.github.com/common/issue.schema.json).
