Hi, I’ve made a Railway template for Odysseus:

It deploys Odysseus with ChromaDB, SearXNG, and ntfy. Use with external LLM APIs or a remote Ollama/OpenAI-compatible endpoint.

Heads up for anyone deploying Odysseus on Railway off this thread, two gotchas I kept hitting building/testing a template for it:

1. Stock SearXNG only serves format: [html], but Odysseus's search provider requests format=json -- so a default SearXNG box 403s on every query while the container itself looks perfectly healthy. Web search / Deep Research just silently come back empty. Fix is adding json to search.formats in settings.yml.

2. If there's no persistent volume on Odysseus's data dir, auth.json/SQLite/uploads/skills/embedding cache all sit on the ephemeral layer and vanish on redeploy. Easy to miss because the app boots fine either way.

Not claiming it's "the" official path, and not knocking @XavTo's template specifically -- it's just another option, and mine comes with a real tradeoff (a wrapper image I have to keep maintaining vs. building straight off upstream). If you'd rather nobody get a kickback, cloning github.com/pewdiepie-archdaemon/odysseus (now odysseus-dev/odysseus) and building it yourself works fine too.
