Describe the feature request?
Currently, the API based logout setup configuration appears to only be accessible through internal/private APIs and cannot be managed through a documented public Okta API.
Okta should expose a supported public API endpoint to:
- Retrieve API based logout setup configuration
- Create/update configuration
- Manage all related settings programmatically
