[Feature Request] Option to select packages/apps during installation

Hi team!

First of all, I’m quite new to the Linux world and I'm really enjoying using omarchy so far. Great work on this project!

I would like to suggest a feature for the installer: an option to select or deselect specific applications/programs before starting the installation process (similar to how CachyOS handles app selection).

Currently, users who prefer a lighter setup or alternative software have to manually uninstall several pre-packaged applications after the initial boot. Having checkboxes or a selection prompt during setup would make the onboarding process even smoother and save time post-installation.
