We need a production timeline and editing how-to - so that multiple people can do it (not blocked by people). also tips for setting up, lighting, sound etc.

typical ratio is 4 lighting talk to 1 demo day.
Lighting talk - can talk about anything, but trying to teach something. Sharing knowledge. Would need to sign up. So we need some set-up. E.g. a sign-up form to pick from, prepare in advance.
e.g. product management in metaverse, how to be agile in metaverse.

so e.g. can do 2 lighting talks (3 in 5 week months), 1 member showcase, 1 demo day a month - equates an event a week.
