Investigate on the possibility of using transifex to translate sites

We have had clients who want their sites translated to another language. This is the case for the https://cpims-cambodia.onalabs.org/ who needs the site translated to khemer language.
Could we investigate on the possibility of using transifex to transtale this sites? This can also be used for Superset dashboards.
