New plans Missing on the MDA Point reporting View.

APK tested against:v5.3.30-RC3

steps:

• login to the web
• upload a CSV with school ID and location ID for the location you want.
• go to manage plans
• add a new plan related to the above schoolID and locationID
• ensure the plan is set to active
• Assign the plan to a Team.
• Go to the MDA Point reporting page and search for the plan

Observations:

• The plan is available on the manage plans and assign pages but missing on the mda point reporting page
• when you login to android with that plan and ser assigned the children data visible
