Representing standardized licenses such a Creative Commons #96

Description

@JamesEnglish1028

Some content repositories such as OAPEN, include in their metadata the license that a publication carries. Namely it captures this under a schema.org/License object in the metadata.

hover, OPDS uses license as an object in ODL.

Where should the "type" of license be displayed in OPDS so a catalog can indicate it is a Public Domain license or Creative Commons license?

Creative Commons License types:

CC BY: Credit required, allows commercial use and adaptation.
CC BY-SA: Credit required, must share alike, allows commercial use.
CC BY-ND: Credit required, no adaptations.
CC BY-NC: Credit required, no commercial use.
CC BY-NC-SA: Credit required, no commercial use, share alike.
CC BY-NC-ND: Credit required, no commercial use, no adaptations.

Note: CC0 (CC Zero) can be used to waive all copyright, placing work in the public domain.
