- Aslan: ResearchOps for the Design CoP
- Beto: working with data problems for the Data CoP

#500 remains the general workshop-idea backlog. This issue coordinates the three presentations currently planned for September.

Coordinate the three presentations before they are finalized so the joint CoP night has a coherent shared opening, clear participant choices, and practical breakout logistics without forcing the sessions into one format.

- Compare the intended audiences, learning outcomes, demonstrations, and setup needs for all three presentations.
- Decide how the sessions should relate: shared material, sequencing, cross-references, or separate breakouts.

- Write short session descriptions and identify any shared materials, mentors, accounts, or technical setup.
