Test and iterate the Partner Intake process

Goal

Complete the current preliminary Partner Intake cycle, gather feedback, and revise the process before testing an improved version with additional partners.

Tasks

• Keep each partner's current stage and next action on its existing issue.
• After several partners have completed enough of the process, gather feedback from partner representatives, participating Product/Design/UX contributors, and previous partners.
• Capture reading-level, terminology, document-navigation, and participation friction.
• Resolve terminology questions such as “Customer Discovery” versus “Community Discovery.”
• Revise the process and supporting documents from the evidence.
• Test the revised process with additional partners.

Done when

• The preliminary cohort has produced usable feedback.
• Findings and resulting revisions are documented.
• The revised process is ready for another test cycle.
