Confirm useful August 18 participation from Open Austin's five active Product Teams.

Tasks

• Record a confirmed representative, demonstration, booth plan, or explicit decline for each team.
• Liani follows up with Jerri and Ashwin and continues NPDC/APL outreach.
• Aslan invites Rohit, Bren, Travis, and other GATO participants through WhatsApp.
• Aslan texts Kevin if he has not responded within one week.
• Confirm the expected OneBus representation.
• Identify and resolve any remaining gaps before the convening.

Done when

• Every active Product Team has a recorded participation status.
• Representatives know what they are presenting or staffing.
• Remaining gaps are explicitly assigned or consciously accepted.
