[Feature Request] TanStack Intent

@tanstack/intent is a CLI for shipping and consuming Agent Skills as package artifacts.

TanStack Intent seems to be a smart way for libraries to ship skills that are always up to date with the library version, with low maintenance required from the consumer.

Maybe OpenCircle could ship its valibot & formisch skills to TanStack Intent?

Multiple libraries have started doing this:
