Missmatch between retrieved clustersets in API and displayed informations in dashboard

Hello,

It seems like the informations that are displayed in the OCM dashboard regarding clustersets are wrong. If I have (for instance) 2 clusters managed by the hub and only one of them is part of a managedClusterSet, the dashboard shows 2 clusters as part of it :

But if we look at what the API returns :

We can see that the APIs only shows one cluster as part of the managedClusterSet "test".

This might be a bug. If so, I would gladly work on it to try to fix it.
