Create a Policy for Ansible AutomationHub

question is should this be provided as policy or just as input for PolicyGenerator?

I'm guessing we would add this to the existing automation policy. The nice thing about the generator is we could have an Applications Policy set that installs lots of applications -- the user can edit the metadata file to comment out the ones they aren't interested in.
