Pipeline poll — what should we harden first?

The curriculum is five working courses; the pipeline around them decides whether it stays trustworthy as it grows. Four candidates, one vote — context:

• CI evidence gate — replay every course's offline episode on each PR, diff golden traces structurally, publish QA packs as artifacts. Details in the CI evidence gate idea.
• One-command OpenShift deploy — collapse the per-course deploy/ folders into a helm chart or lightweight operator; helm install agent-school brings up a chosen course end-to-end.
• Shared MCP tool registry — one registry of all course skills with schemas + authz claims, so tools compose across courses and gateway policies are written once.
• Scheduled tape refresh — automated re-capture of Rome/Venice episodes on a cadence, so the interactive labs and offline replays never drift from what the clusters actually do.
