Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Currently we have top_query events for database receivers MySQL, PostgreSQL, OracleDb and SqlServer. We want the solution to extend in a similar pattern as possible.
The details of the possibilities and what will be useful will be determined after and along the discovery journey of this implementation.

MVP: Add support for monitoring top time consuming queries on a MongoDB and report relevant metrics available
