`osc sr openSUSE:Factory` not working in git when meta is set

This is low priority, or maybe no priority bug ...

If you have set api endpoint and project with git obs meta set, then

> osc sr openSUSE:Factory
The apiurl for the working copy of this package is api.opensuse.org
You cannot use this command with the -A https://api.opensuse.org option.

@AdamMajer what's the osc version you're using?
If it is something released, could you retry with the version from the master branch?
Could you also provide a full reproducer? I'm getting different results, because I'm using different data...

I found the culprit. The problem is that apiurl is set to "api.opensuse.org" vs. expected "https://api.opensuse.org". I assume it's doing just plain string comparison instead of parsing the "api.opensuse.org".

So maybe the suggestion here is to store the apiurl as complete url even if just a hostname is provided.
