test coverage for `appover` does not cover mixed submissions

One tricky part. I checked the codecov and it says 100%. The tricky part is that I notice that you are testing single_submission cases. it is a mixed one or merge it in one with the @pytest.mark.parametrize

I don't understand the issue. Both sentences in the above description seem to be incomplete. Please rephrase or provide a pull request with the changes you have in mind yourself
