After the fix made in #747, the openSUSE release notes were updated to use the suse2022-ns stylesheet with a customization layer. Unfortunately due to the way it works, during CI the static files are missing which ends up breaking the generated document.
A workaround was created which involves manually copying the static files into the release notes repository. This is not desirable.
Perhaps adding a copy of the suse2022-ns stylesheets that would be an exact copy apart from the logo change would be a better way of doing this.
