yang2proto doesn't handle nested containers

I know it's under the experimental directory but I tried using this and noticed it did not properly produce a protobuf when there was a container in another container. I was running it against ietf-interfaces.yang http://www.netconfcentral.org/modules/ietf-interfaces

The statistics container is inside the interfaces-state container, but does not show up in the output. I will try and fix it.

actually it's a container inside a list, inside a container.
