0.12.1 allAddonsExample is broken on Visual Studio

On Visual Studio releases:

When launching allAddonsExample there is an error message saying the application is missing libxml2.dll

I don't see libxml2 in the packaged download.

I guess this didn't get picked up in the CI as it's not running the example ( which shows the error ) just compiling it.

in ofLibs I dont bundle this lib anymore. it was part of previous ofxSvg I think.
@NickHardeman can confirm if this is not needed anymore.

It's not needed for ofxSvg. Not sure if it's needed for something else.

As @dimitre mentioned, seems like it is from the legacy ofxSvg implementation. It is also present on macOS in the allAddonsExample

Ahh okay - so we probably just need to make sure we don't copy these over.

Short term fix might be:
Remove from apothecary 0.12.1 release and then repackage 0.12.1 ?

Or even maybe just add to addons_config.mk as an exclude for all platforms?

maybe it worths testing the nightly also, it may be fixed by the absence of old ofxSvg. if repackaging just release 0.12.2 :)

So yeah, maybe 0.12.2 is the way to go :)
