feat(i18n): complete Georgian (ka) translation to 100% (#1493)

* feat(i18n): complete Georgian (ka) translation to 100%

Translate the remaining strings so the Georgian catalog covers all of
en.json again, including the new Hugging Face and Earthdata GIS panels,
the OGC API - Features data source, and assorted new dashboard,
attribute-table, and toolbar strings.

Placeholders and markup are preserved; format names/acronyms stay in
Latin per the existing Georgian conventions.

* Address CodeRabbit review feedback

- Translate `assistant.deploymentProxy` from the untranslated English
  "Deployment proxy" to "განთავსების პროქსი". The key is rendered directly
  as an <option> label in the assistant profile selector
  (AssistantPanel.tsx:600), so it was visible English text in a catalog
  claiming 100% coverage. Uses "განთავსება" for deployment/hosting and
  "პროქსი" for proxy, both already established elsewhere in ka.json.
