Thanks for the report. Formatted KML/KMZ descriptions were implemented in #1580, which merged after the current v2.4.0 release was published. The next GeoLibre release will render supported HTML tables, links, and basic formatting in the Identify popup. The markup is sanitized before rendering so external KMZ content cannot inject scripts or event handlers. I verified this with |

(external) kmz data can contain HTML in properties, but its currently not parsed in the popup - see screenshot.

Also basic/default properties for point or other geometries could be enabled by default - like title and description, without the need to manually add them. Feels more natural to have title & description as base properties. anyway, main point is, please allow HTML in the value fields.
