Add more DGGSs support

Hi @giswqs and the dev team,

I would like to submit a PR to enhance the current H3 Grid core plugin with the following improvements:

• Add an Automatic resolution option that selects the appropriate DGGS resolution based on the current map zoom.
• Replace the current antimeridian splitting approach with an antimeridian shifting approach to eliminate visualization artifacts like this:

• Extend support beyond H3 by adding additional DGGS implementations, including S2, A5, DGGRID, DGGAL, OLC (Google Plus Codes), Geohash, and Tilecode.

The enhanced DGGS plugin would look like this:

Would this approach be feasible and align with the project's roadmap? If so, I'd be happy to prepare and submit a pull request.

For context, I'm the author of vgrid-maplibre, an open-source library that supports interactive visualization of multiple DGGS implementations in both MapLibre GL JS and Mapbox GL JS, so most of the required functionality has already been implemented and tested there.

By the way, I'm planning to extend the H3 processing in GeoLibre to support more DGGSs. Do you have any thoughts or suggestions, @giswqs?

@thangqd The Conversion menu is from the upstream geolibre-rust project. If you implement the alogrithms using Rust and add it to the geolibre-rust project, then the tools will show up automatically under the Conversion menu after bumping the geolibre-wasm version.

For tools implemented in GeoLibre directly, they can go under Processing - GeoLibre - Vector. You can create a new DGGS group under the Vector menu.

I'm thinking about moving the DGGS tools to the top level of the Processing menu, instead of placing them under GeoLibre → Vector. Since DGGS is really its own category of geospatial tools, I think it might make more sense to expose it directly, something like this:

Does that sound reasonable?

The top-level menu is reserved for broard categories of tools.

How about moving DGGS up one more level, placing it under the GeoLibre menu, next to the Raster sub-menu?
