ArcGIS Feature Service does not work with large datasets

So for example on this dataset: https://geo.rijkswaterstaat.nl/arcgis/rest/services/GDR/ecotopen/FeatureServer/0

the "get full dataset" query that geolibre does leads to a 500 [Error: Error performing query operation].

/query?f=geojson&outFields=*&returnGeometry=true&where=1%3D1

Dataset contains 41384 features.

Would it be possible to have maybe:

• a field in the UI to set the resultRecordCount parameter?
• a way to do paging of this dataset into multiple requests?
• a BBOX based strategy for putting it into multiple requests?
