What problem does this solve?

Add a way to populate bounding box and crs for subset from canvas.

Affects Extracts COG/WMS/XYZ Subset tools

Proposed solution

Other tools already allow this. A similar dialog would be ideal.

This has been implemented in #1221. For now, it only supports using map extent. Drawing bbox will be supported later after changing with whitebox from modal dialog to floating panel.
