[avmfritz] Multiple bugs, request for test #21405

There seem tobe three issues with the avmfritz binding:

one more technicall / not direclt user facing:

1. the initilize method of the boxhandler has a blocking call for authentication

two user facing:

1. brightness increase/decrease does not work as expected
2. temperateure increate/decrease does not work as expected
