[avmfritz] Login failed incorrect session id

I tried this new version against the bug I briefly described in post but the bug is still there. The issue is that the fritzAVM binding does not detect that the fritzboz rebooted and keeps trying to connect keeping same session id. The fritbox refuses these incoming connections from the binding with the error

Login to the FRITZ!Box user interface from the IP address 192.168.27.2 failed (incorrect session ID). To ensure security all valid sessions to IP address 192.168.27.2 will be ended. [10 messages since 19.08.26 15:45:14]
