[bug] Plugin configuration disappears (global)

My setup

• I'm running OH 5.1.3
• The ESPHome device is running version 2026.3.2

The Issue:
The "Gear" for Global Configuration disappears
Also adding new things for the Plugin is not possible any more (existing work fine)
Most of the time with ESPHome
BUT: seime/openhab-esphome#92 (comment)
--> Gussing it is a core problem

Workarround
Copy URL from another instance brings me to the correct Config-Page
Parameter that are configured work well, same as the whole Plugin

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'localhost:8443/settings/addons/marketplace:146849'
2. Nothing displayed --> No error
3. Uninstall+Reinstall plugin over https://localhost:8443/addons/binding/marketplace:146849
4. Icon for "configure" and other headers appears again and all is fine.

Expected behavior
The place to set GLOBAL: Base64 encoded encryption key for encrypted connection
Parameter DO exist, course I set it before and all clients are workling.

Shound work without reinstall
Behaviour is not "first-time" I did steps 5+6 several times now over weeks.
