Unable to Perform MQTT Binding

But remained unable to configure my first foray into MQTT binding.

This is a newbie elementary attempt. My apologies for not performing RTM properly.

Tried a few other alternate routes as suggesting in community fora but still unable to perform the basic MQTT binding.
