Frontail removal prompt

I do not have permission to reopen #1963.

This issue is more or less the same, except #1980 did in fact add functionality for remembering the choice.

However, in some cases it seems that the prompt still keeps reappearing. I think it happens after receiving openhabian-config updates, in which case I think the persisted choice is reset.

So what? We and then following up you aren't updating openhabian frequently, so there's nothing wrong with having to reconfirm this once in a while.

I believe that this is not a major issue, and shouldn't be widespread, I'll double check when I have time, but unless you can provide logs showing it is regularly reproducible I don't think there is much to be done here.

I just double and triple-checked: The choice is only remembered once. During the next start the config parameter is automatically commented out again (probably during update_openhabian_conf?)
