v1 Release Plan

To release v1, we need to do the following:

• Fork the old repo
• Clean out old artifacts
  • completed by Change default branch to main #2 and Rename old upstream tags #1
• Rename project to new name @openng/ngx-toastr
  • completed by feat!: @openng rename #3
• Set up release workflow
  • chore: use release-please #10
• Do any one-time setup required for publishing
• Publish v1 to npm

We are targeting a v1 release with as-is feature parity to the old library, so that migrating is easier. This means that we will not accept things like Angular upgrades until after v1.
