I have experience leading student-focused tech communities and user groups, organizing meetups, workshops, hackathons, and collaborative learning sessions. I’ve worked with student teams to plan events, coordinate speakers and volunteers, and create opportunities for members to connect with industry professionals and learn through hands-on projects.

Experience with OpenSearch and Related Technologies

I have hands-on exposure to OpenSearch and related search technologies, including understanding concepts such as indexing, search, data ingestion, and log analysis. I’m familiar with how OpenSearch can be used for observability, security monitoring, and analyzing large volumes of structured and unstructured data. I’m currently exploring its practical use cases and building deeper experience with the OpenSearch ecosystem.

My proposed user group will primarily focus on developers and students who want to explore OpenSearch through hands-on development and real-world use cases. We plan to organize developer-focused workshops, technical meetups, project-building sessions, and discussions around search, observability, log analytics, and integrating OpenSearch into applications. The goal is to build an active developer community where members can learn by building, share projects, collaborate on ideas, and help each other explore the OpenSearch ecosystem.
