[RFC] OpenSearch in Other Marketplaces (Azure Marketplace)

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The OpenSearch project is not listed in the Microsoft Azure Marketplace. In order to get more eyes on OpenSearch, the project needs to be listed on marketplaces.

Describe the solution you'd like
Team up with community members on getting OpenSearch open source listed on various marketplaces. It would be good to understand what all marketplaces OpenSearch should be listed on and what experiences the community has had with such marketplaces. Are there efficient ways of managing a project across multiple marketplaces such as tools or the like?

@opensearch-project/admin Should this be moved to the https://github.com/opensearch-project/.github repository? This seems like a project-wide decision version something scoped specifically to this repository.
