Does Data Prepper support reading data streams source from OpenSearch and sink data streams to Opensearch?

Hi all,

Since the snapshot feature is disabled in our OpenSearch cluster, I want to use Data Prepper to back up all data(including both indices and data streams) from OpenSearch to S3, and later restore it from S3 to OpenSearch.

1. Read data streams from Opensearch:
   I can now read data streams by matching their backing indices using \\.ds-xxx-ds-.*.
   Is there a better way to configure this?
2. Sink data streams to Opensearch:
   When sinking to OpenSearch, how can I ensure the data is written as a data stream type?
   If I set index_type: "management_disabled" in the sink, I get a 400 error:
   WARN org.opensearch.dataprepper.plugins.sink.opensearch.OpenSearchSink - Document failed to write to OpenSearch with error code 400. Configure a DLQ to save failed documents. Error: only write ops with an op_type of create are allowed in data streams

How should I configure the opensearch sink to avoid this error and write to a data stream correctly?

After I add action: create parameter, the data streams can be sink to the Opensearch.
