Add missing readings

A run of `scripts/analyze_data.py` found phrases such as 表面工夫,
聖誕老公公, 抓子兒, 玩意兒 could not be typed when the alternative
readings of ㄈㄨ˙ 夫, ㄍㄨㄥ˙ 公, ㄔㄨㄚˇ 抓, ㄧㄜˋ 意 were used.
The MOE Dictionary lists those as valid readings in the phrases, and
this commit includes them.

After this commit, all phrases listed in BPMFMappings.txt can be typed.
