User in discourse is looking to disable/override an env var that sets the HTTP_PROXY env var. I'm not sure what the order of precedence should be but if the zet is able to configure HTTP_PROXY via config file, perhaps the config could have an IGNORE_HTTP_PROXY sort of setting?
I'm unsure of what the proper behavior should be. I can see env vars taking precedence and I can see config file taking precedence.
