Potential Bug: English Text Appearing in Portuguese Lesson

Hi everyone,

I have observed an issue in the Portuguese language version of the topic "Addition and Subtraction" in the lesson "What is Subtraction". Some pages contain text in English instead of Portuguese, even though they should be fully translated.

I have attached a few screenshots below to illustrate the issue.

Possible Scope of the Issue:
*Since this occurs in multiple pages of one lesson, I suspect it might also affect other languages or lessons.
*It could be a translation issue or a problem with how content is displayed.

Questions for the Community:

Has anyone else noticed this issue in different languages or lessons?
Should I create a GitHub issue for this?
