[BUG]: User reports that they are unable to open the app. #6250

Describe the bug

On 15th April, a user left feedback that "the app ain't opening". This is on 0.17-beta

A long term user also updated their previous review to say - "oppia e muito bom mas o oppia não quer entrar no celular de nenhum geito" = "Oppia is very good, but Oppia won’t open on the phone in any way.". I was not sure which app version she is on, the original review was posted on 0.14 beta, and Playstore doesn't clarify if the update is refering to a newwer version.
