"Failed to hook" error with FSR 4.1 after new 26.6.2 update from AMD that enables FSR 4.1 upscaling on RDNA3 7000 series cards.

After enabling the watermark, FSR 4.1 seems to be working? The shimmering in the grass is noticeably gone.

Should I just ignore the "Failed to hook" message? or is it falling back to something else? I'm not sure what message to trust lol

Edit: After looking at the Adrenalin Overlay it seems it is indeed active. I think.

Is the "Failed to hook" message just misleading?

The model/internal preset selection is failing to hook due to AMD changing the DLL internals. The upscaler itself will work just fine, but the model selection may sometimes fail and cause ghosting/artifacts.
Just pushed a commit which should fix this and should be coming soon in 0.9.4

Edit: Since these questions are regarding RDNA3 on 0.9.3, it's probably falling back to internal FSR3 upscaler which can be verified with the FSR4 Upscaler Watermark option and the general upscale cost
