Textadept 13.0 beta 2 is released from https://github.com/orbitalquark/textadept/releases/tag/textadept_13.0_beta_2

Almost ready for 13.0 I think.

Please see the migration guide for migrating from Textadept 12 to 13.

Bugfixes:

• Fixed rendering of bright colors in 8-color terminals.
• Scintilla: fixed buffer:convert_eols() regression that may not convert whole file.

Changes:

• Added support for Swift.
• Updated PKGBUILD, Perl, and RouterOS lexers.
• Format: handle non-existant format commands gracefully.
• Scratch: disable this module if a startup error occurs.
• Updated to Scintilla 5.6.2
