Textadept 13.0 beta 3

Textadept 13.0 beta 3 is released from https://github.com/orbitalquark/textadept/releases/tag/textadept_13.0_beta_3

I forgot I've been wanting to replace the global platform and UI booleans for years. Now it's finally done. 13.0 will have them for compatibility, but they'll be gone in 13.1. Textadept should notify you for the uses of those deprecated booleans.

Please see the migration guide for migrating from Textadept 12 to 13.

Bugfixes:

• Fixed invalid memory reads in the Qt version.
• Fix potential crash with input in an empty buffer.

Changes:

• Replaced OS/platform booleans with OS and UI strings.
• Improved markup lexer (HTML, Markdown, XML, Yaml) performance when scanning plain text.
• Improved Markdown lexer performance detecting code blocks.
• Added lexer.word_utf8.
