Colors in terminal version in Gnome Terminal #708

I have found some discussions on colors in Gnome Terminal and others as well as bold colors (e.g. #131 or orbitalquark/scinterm#40). I found that I have to enable "Show bold text in bright colors" and have the "Palette" colors match the selected "Built-in scheme" to have everything readeble, so for example "GNOME" and "GNOME dark". Maybe this helps someone or maybe someone knows a way to handle this from Textadept. |

Maybe the Palette doesn't matter and I just had one which made dark on a dark background hard to read. |

There is an FAQ entry about colors and Gnome terminal. It's not exactly related to readability, but it is sort of a known issue. |
