Website Row Element not working correctly on mobile

I am trying to use the row element to create a section of 4 cards that should be all four across when on desktop but 1 across on mobile. The mobile settings for the number of rows seems to be ignored.

It looks like the style is hardcoded inline when the DIV is created in the builder, which I guess is preventing it from being dynamic.

Hey, just seeing if there is any update as to why the Rows are disregarding the mobile sizes?
