Description of issue

Transmission (the famous Bittorrent client) released a new channel a few months ago: it is the beta version of the future version 4.1.0 (currently at beta 5). -> https://github.com/transmission/transmission/releases/
For the moment, Homebrew only offers “stable” or “nightly” versions.
How do I add the new beta channel?
