Description of issue

I'm unable to upgrade this intel mac beyond Sequoia and would like to continue getting homebrew updates. I'm confused by the discrepancy between the warning and the instructions, which state macos requirements to be

An Apple Silicon CPU or 64-bit Intel CPU 1
macOS Sonoma (14) (or higher) installed on officially supported hardware2

You macOS version is being detected as 10.15 which is Catalina, are you sure it's on Sequoia?

Please ignore, classic pebkac error. It would help if I had logged into the Sequoia computer I was expecting to be logged into. The "15" vs "10.15" threw me off. The Sequoia mac's brew is fine.
