IntelliJ and PyCharm Community Edition GitHub Releases

The community editions of IntelliJ and PyCharm are deprecated, but JetBrains is releasing builds named "CE" on GitHub. Should we change intellij-idea-ce and pycharm-ce to point to these, or should they be new casks?

The Community Editions were deprecated in favor of unified release: https://www.jetbrains.com/help/pycharm/unified-pycharm.html.

I can install an app named "PyCharm CE" from GitHub.

That does not make it any less deprecated though

JetBrains plans on continuing releasing GitHub builds. They deprecated the old apps but are now releasing very similar ones with the same name on GitHub. Should these be new casks or should I change the existing ones?

If there is an announcement on the reversal you can update the existing casks.
