Preferred reporting path for qlplugin uninstall signature mismatch when issue form is blocked by brew doctor

I’m not sure whether this should be redirected back to an issue, but this looks like a Homebrew/brew implementation problem rather than a cask-definition problem.

brew uninstall --cask quicklook-json fails with a qlplugin uninstall path signature mismatch, and that also prevents me from truthfully satisfying the required brew doctor checkbox in the reproducible bug issue form.

Because of that circular situation, I’m posting here first to ask what the preferred reporting path is.

What is the preferred reporting path for this case?

Should this be reported as a Homebrew/brew bug despite the issue form requirement, or is discussion the correct place for it?
