Adding a note to a cask set to be disabled directing users to a new tap

Description of issue

I'm one of the upstream maintainers of Endless Sky, and recently found out that Homebrew hosts a cask for it, and that it is to be disabled in September.
I've set up our own tap (https://github.com/endless-sky/homebrew-tap).
I was wondering if it would be possible to add a note to the message about the upcoming disabling of the cask in the Homebreew hosted tap directing users to our new tap?
